Missed appointments
If you need to cancel or change your appointment time please call us as soon as possible. Missed appointments are wasted time which could be used to help other patients.
If a patient misses more than one appointment without prior notice of 24 hours the practice may refuse treatment.
The practice has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to staff abuse. Any abuse toward staff will be taken seriously the practice has the right to refuse treatment.
Complaints Procedure
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with the service you receive. However, if you are not satisfied the best way to get your concerns resolved is to raise them with the practice complaints handler Dr James Carter. You can call the reception 02083177983 and request a call back or see our complaints procedure for alternative ways to raise concerns.
Dental insurance
If you are planning to claim back the cost of your treatment through your insurance please make the dentist aware as insurance companies usually request a different type of treatment plan form to be printed out. The practice does not deal directly with any dental insurance companies
We are regulated by the GDC & CQC
Dr Carter is the practice safeguarding lead please bring any concerns to him directly or alternatively to the receptionist Elmira who is the safeguarding deputy.
